Joemart (FZE) ("we", "us", "our") operates Apredi (apredi.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use and protect your personal data, and the rights you have over it. Note: Full credit/debit card numbers are never stored on our servers. All payments are processed securely by our payment gateway providers.

- Shopify Inc.: the e-commerce platform that hosts our website and order data.
- Analytics and marketing: Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, active only with your consent.
- Regulatory authorities: when required under UAE law or a binding legal order.
5. International data transfers
Some of our technology providers, such as Shopify, process data outside the UAE. Where your data is transferred internationally, we make sure adequate protection is in place in line with the UAE PDPL.
6. How long we keep your data
- Financial and order records: 5 years, as required by UAE commercial and tax regulations.
- Account profiles: until you ask us to delete your account.
- Student verification files: deleted within 30 days of verification approval.
- Customer support enquiries: kept for 12 months after resolution.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies to keep your cart active, remember your preferences and understand how our website is used. You can change your cookie preferences at any time through your browser settings or our website cookie banner.
8. Your rights under UAE law
